Very disappointed that there were no chicken legs set out or Mac and cheese. They ran out of cones, then when they brought cones, the ice cream was empty. For almost 18 bucks a pop one would expect better. The staff was awesome in the front of the house.

I only gave 3 stars on the food due to how salty the dressing and chicken tenders were. I actually like things on the salty side but this was too salty for me. Pizza was great. Loved the salad bar. Lots of yummy choices for dessert also.

I went for dinner with my daughter around 5:00pm. We waited at the counter for at least 10 minutes before anyone came to wait on us and that was only because I flagged down an employee that was checking on pizzas. We like a booth and several were available, but all were dirty. There was an American Legion volunteer event going on so I asked if any of them had a rag to wipe down the table. They said they were looking for the same thing but could not get anyone to get one for them. Finally, I flagged down an employee who wiped one off for us. As for the food, I don't think they brought out any new pizzas while we were there. If so, maybe 1 or 2. I went to the salad buffet to get a salad, and the salad tub was completely empty. Once they finally refilled it, I found that two of the dressings I wanted were completely empty. While we were there, the ice cream machine was malfunctioning making a loud squealing noise that went on for a long time before somebody fixed it. Not a pleasant visit for the price you pay for a buffet here. I really enjoyed this location when it first came to Springfield, but it really seems to be declining over time. I might return to give it another

This is the only review youll need! I cannot say enough amazing things about **Pizza Ranch**! Every single time I go, it’s a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food is always fresh, hot, and constantly being replenished. The pizza is loaded with toppings, perfectly cooked, and there’s such a great variety that everyone can find something they love. And let’s talk about the chicken — absolutely delicious! Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned perfectly. The salad bar is fresh and well-stocked, the sides are comforting and flavorful, and the dessert pizzas are next-level good. It’s impossible to leave without trying at least one sweet slice! Beyond the food, the staff truly makes this place shine. They are friendly, attentive, and go above and beyond to make sure guests feel welcome. The dining area is clean, organized, and has such a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. Whether you’re dining with family, celebrating something special, or just craving a great buffet, Pizza Ranch never disappoints. It’s consistently excellent and absolutely worth every visit. 🏆The addition of the arcade is something the kids will really enjoy. The food is generally fresh and hot and your typical Pizza 🍕 Ranch experience. 😎Nice atmosphere great people service is wonderful and the place is generally clean. Highly recommended. Five stars. 💯
